Taylor Frankie Paul Speaks Out Against Mortensen, Claiming She Was “Manipulated and Threatened”

Taylor Frankie Paul is once again speaking up about her relationship with ex Dakota Mortensen amid their ongoing legal battle. And in the latest update, Taylor Frankie Paul speaks out against Mortensen, saying she was “manipulated and threatened.”

And two weeks after a judge granted her and Motensen mutual protective orders for three years, Paul opened up about her tumultuous relationship once again.

In an Instagram post on Thursday night, Paul alluded to her relationship, though she never mentioned Mortensen by name. In the post, she admits that she’s not fully innocent, but blames herself for staying for so long in the relationship, and notes that she felt insane due to her partner gaslighting her to make her “feel insane.”

She continues with the allegations, saying she “was love bombed then manipulated, threatened, physically hurt, cops called on me, publicly humiliated, lost most friends because he got to them, CPS called, and now in court all because I said no more and he knew I meant it this time.”

The Bachelorette star claimed that she had been “in survival mode for years with miscarriages, pregnancy, postpartum, and horrible betrayal with so many lies told, which added to the trauma on my body physically, hormonally, mentally, and emotionally.”

She then went on to share her experience after court, saying she “cried the whole way home” to allow “the pain through.”

“I wish he had been the person he pretended to be. I experienced enough, I saw too much. The mask fell off, and not only with me. We’re both in the wrong. What I can say is I didn’t want to ruin his life, call cops on him, take his child away or claim complete innocence,” she continues. “That’s the difference between us.”

Paul said she was too afraid to call for help since she was on probation when she was “pregnant” and “postpartum healing internally.”

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star insisted that the “truth always prevails” in the Instagram caption, adding, “This all ties together in some way. Some are absolutely out to see me fall, and that isn’t an assumption; that is a fact. Say what you will, I’ve heard it all.”

At the end of the post, she makes a snide remark at her costar and former bestie, Mikayla Matthews, saying, “And then we have friends like Mikayla that come at me during all this, and now she wants me to apologize? Absolutely not. She can go kick rocks instead of kicking me right now.”

A judge awarded Paul nearly 12 hours of “parent-time” on Mother’s Day with her and Dakot’s son, Ever. She was then awarded 8 hours a week with her kid, which was soon bumped up to 12 during the latest ruling. She recently lost custody of Ever when a TMZ video showed her accidentally hiding her child with a barstool during an argument with Dakota.
