Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce two years after their separation.
The divorce brings a 16-year marriage to a legal end, with Alba needing to make a couple of payments to Warren in the future.
Finalized Divorce
Alba filed for divorce in February last year, with sources saying the separation was amicable. Now, it’s finalized, and details are coming forth.
Alba and Warren are sharing joint custody of all three kids: Honor Marie (17), Haven Garner (14), and Hayes Alba (8). The pair will not pay spousal support; however, a $3 million payment will go to Cash to evenly divide their assets.
The payments will be split into 2 non-taxable installments, with $1.5 million given to Warren now, and $1.5 million a year later.
Along with finalizing their divorce, Jessica Alba officially restored her legal last name to Alba.
Staying Amicable
The finalized divorce has been a long time coming, with the pair separating two years prior.
Alba talked about the split on her Instagram, writing, “I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash.”
She added, “I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s not time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
While they may not be together anymore, their kids are still a top priority.
Alba commented, “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
An insider seconded this sentiment, telling People the pair are “friends and all about the kids.”
The continued, “No matter what’s going on right now, it seems they will remain close. If they’re filing for divorce, it’s not because of some hateful drama. They still look happy together. Jess has mentioned over the years though that it’s hard to keep the spark.”
The pair first met on the set of Fantastic Four in 2004, with Alba starring as Sue Storm and Warren employed as the director’s assistant on set.
New Love Interests
While the spark may be out for Alba and Warren’s relationship, it has rekindled for both in new relationships.
Jessica Alba is now dating Captain America star Danny Ramirez, and has been for a couple of months. The pair first attracted rumors in May 2025 after kissing during an outing to Regent’s Park in London. Later, they were spotted with more PDA outside of Ramirez’s Los Angeles home.
Warren has also dipped his toes into the dating scene, with rumors flying around actress Seanna Pereira and model Hana Sun Doerr. Warren was seen with Sun Doerr in August 2025 in photos from Page Six, as the pair were going to dinner in Los Angeles.
However, there’s no bad blood about the new romances.
When asked about Alba’s relationship with Ramirez, Warren told TMZ, “I’m happy for her.”
