Crispin Glover Sued by Woman Who Alleges Captivity and Assault

A former model filed a lawsuit against Back to the Future actor Crispin Glover. She alleges that he held her “captive” for “sex and free labor.”

Glover is denying these allegations that he “lured” a former model from the United Kingdom to Los Angeles.

The Complaint

The complaint was filed on Wednesday in the Superior Court of California, alleging that Glover “groomed” the woman, “lured” her to his Los Angeles home, and assaulted her.

A representative for Glover spoke out about the actions to TMZ, stating “he denies these baseless allegations in the strongest possible terms.”

“The reality is that on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe at his Los Angeles residence,” the representative added.

“Mr. Glover called LAPD, which came to the scene, investigated, and arrested Jane Doe. These facts are documented by law enforcement records and by the restraining order filed by Mr. Glover against Jane Doe at that time.”

Doe, 30, is seeking unspecified damages for allegations that Glover choked her, filed a false police report, committed fraud, wrongful eviction, malicious prosecution, and inflicted emotional distress.

Alleged Events

The complaint goes on to elabortate the pair’s first meeting to current events. It says that Jane Doe met Glover on social media in 2015. Allegedly, for several years, Glover would “message her to come to Los Angeles” and “make strange advances.”

Later, the pair met in Germany in 2023. Glover allegedly “showed off several items of Nazi memorabilia from his collection,” and in 2024, “lured” the woman to his L.A. home under the pretense of working as an assistant.

The complaint added, “But when Ms. Doe took the bait and uprooted herself and moved to Los Angeles, she found herself in a disturbing situation where Mr. Glover wanted to control her actions and track her whereabouts and basically serve him as a live in girlfriend/sex slave.”

Along with watching her whereabouts, the complaint accuses Glover of controlling where the woman went and who she was allowed to meet with.

In March 2024, the woman left the home without his permission, and he allegedly locked her out of the house. When she went to go back inside, Glover allegedly “attacked her, grabbing her neck and choking her in a headlock.”

Then, Glover called the police on the woman and filed a restraining order, which was later dismissed.

The lawsuit finished by stating the woman is” still homeless and emotionally scarred from the traumatic events with Mr. Glover.”

Glover’s representative quickly addressed the claim, saying he “intends to vigorously defend himself and pursue all available relief.”

“[Glover] is confident the judicial process will expose this lawsuit as a meritless fabrication,” the representative added.
