Azriél Patricia Crews is taking to social media to call out the behavior of a “creepy actor” during a celebrity wedding she attended at 16 years old.
Now 36 years old, Azriél is adding her voice alongside her father’s, Terry Crews, concerning the inappropriate behavior rampant in the entertainment industry.

Azriél Patricia Crews is Terry Crews’ second-eldest daughter with wife Rebecca King-Crews.
On Friday, January 23rd, Azriél shared her interaction in a two-part Instagram story where she “got hit on by a creepy actor at a celebrity wedding.”
While she never named any names, the actor has apparently faced public disgrace several times in the years after her interaction. As Azriél said in her video, “Let’s get into it.”
Meeting the Actor
Azriél attended the high-profile wedding with her parents, star-struck with the celebrities attending the event.
She first met the actor at a pre-wedding party during the week-long celebration, where Azriél’s mother introduced her, making it clear that she was her 16-year-old daughter.
In the video, Azriél explained, “He was friendly at first, and I was a fan of his work, so I was actually really excited to meet him — at first.” While the introduction was pleasant, the feeling quickly shifted into tension and creepiness.
Creepy Interactions
The creepy interactions began at the wedding ceremony. The Crews family arrived at the event and found some unassigned seats.
All of a sudden, the “creepy actor slides into the seat next to [Azriél], and he says, ‘Funny meeting you here.’ As if he didn’t intentionally choose that seat. They weren’t assigned. That was my first official red flag.”
The interactions continued into part two of Azriél’s videos, explaining that she saw the actor again at the reception. Somehow, the actor’s place card was right next to hers, which may have been a coincidence or some other strings pulled behind the scenes.
When the actor sat down, his creepiness immediately returned, leaning over to her and saying, “Well, hello again.” Azriél tried to ignore the actor, who was talking to her parents.
In the video, she explains that “suddenly I feel a hand caress the back of my arm, so I turn to him, and he’s smiling at me, creepily, and he says, ‘Are you enjoying yourself?’ So I said, ‘Yes,’ and he goes, ‘Well, don’t act too civilized.’ And that was when I realized that his knee was pressed against my knee under the table.”
Understandably creeped out, Azriél turned to her mother for help.
Mother and Daughter Get Together
Once she found her knee touching the actor’s, Azriél stood up and went to the bathroom.
Feeling deeply uncomfortable, her mother recognized her distress and followed her to the bathroom. Once they were both in the room, Azriél explained the situation to her mother.
“My mother immediately believed me, and being the Christian woman that she is, held my hands and started praying with me in the bathroom.”
The pair were hoping the actor would leave Azriél alone. This would keep the situation away from her father and prevent a scene at the star-studded event. Thankfully, when the pair returned to the table, the actor was gone.
Azriél commented, “Was it an answer to prayer? Possibly. Or it was the fact he realized he had gone too far. We never saw him for the rest of the night.”
Free from the oppressive presence of the actor, Azriél was finally able to enjoy the wedding celebrations with her parents.
Terry Crews Past Issues with Harassment
Unfortunately, Azriél isn’t the only Crews family member who has dealt with harassment.
Terry Crews has also opened up about his history of unwanted sexual contact. In 2017, Crews detailed an experience where he was groped by a “high-level Hollywood executive” the year before at a party.
In the end, Terry Crews did not take the event further because he didn’t want to be ostracized. This is especially prevalent when going up against someone with that power and influence. Unfortunately, this happens to many men and women in the industry.
