According to Zendaya’s stylist, Law Roach, the actress and Tom Holland married at a secret wedding ceremony.
He announced the news at the 2026 SAG-turned-Actor Awards on March 1st, and fans are wondering if the news is actually true.
Law Roach’s Announcement
Roach was part of an interview with Access Hollywood at the awards ceremony.
During it, Zendaya’s longtime stylist claimed, “The wedding has already happened. You missed it.”
The reporter, though shocked, asked, “Is that true?”
Roach replied, “It’s very true!” with a laugh. He promptly left the interview, leaving a bombshell for fans and news media to unpack.
Swirling Marriage Rumors
This isn’t the only time marriage rumors have swirled around Holland and Zendaya.
In February, Zendaya was photographed not wearing her Jessica McCormack engagement ring. Instead, she donned a low-profile yellow-gold band. No reports clarified whether Zendaya had married, or if she just didn’t want to lose the $120,000 ring in Los Angeles.
Now, it seems as if the pair truly did get married, though Tom Holland and Zendaya have yet to confirm or deny the rumors.
Love Timeline
Zendaya and Tom Holland met in 2017 when filming Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Their chemistry during the press tour was noted, though speculation about the couple was not confirmed until July 2021. The couple was photographed kissing in Holland’s car.
A source did comment on the couple in 2017, saying, “They started seeing each other while they were filming Spider-Man. They’ve been super careful to keep it private and out of the public eye but they’ve gone on vacations with each other and try and spend as much time as possible with one another.”
In January 2025, rumors started flying again when a diamond ring was spotted on Zendaya’s finger at the Golden Globes awards. While the news was confirmed soon after, Holland didn’t open up about the engagement until September 2025.
He nicely corrected a reporter who mentioned Zendaya as Holland’s “girlfriend.”
Holland laughed and replied, “Fiancée.”
Staying Private
Zendaya and Tom Holland have kept their relationship mostly out of the limelight, only sharing occasional pieces of their love in interviews or on social media. They haven’t even walked a red carpet together since December 2021.
It’s especially surprising how little of their love has spread to social media, especially since both are huge Hollywood stars. This will also probably be true for the alleged wedding.
Roach warned fans last May that any possible wedding photos would be hard to come by. “It will probably be a wedding dress that nobody will ever see,” he said in an interview with Complex. “They [just] try to be as private as possible so there won’t be a Vogue spread; there won’t be pictures of the wedding.”
Holland has mentioned this preservation of privacy before, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in 2024. “Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and we want to keep as sacred as possible,” he said.
Though if we see Zendaya with a wedding band and engagement ring on her finger during the premiere of her next film, The Drama, it will be confirmed that Zendaya is officially married.
