Tom Holland and Zendaya just revealed a piece of their home life together and how they like to unwind, and let’s just say, it’s almost as cute as they are together.
Spare Time Hobbies
The hobby was revealed during the 2nd Annual Bero Padel Classic in Los Angeles on Wednesday, April 29th. Bero is a non-alcoholic beer company, of which Holland is the co-founder.
The actor made his rounds and met up with Olympian Tom Daley, discussing what he and Zendaya do in their spare time.
Along with his impressive diving career, Daley is just as well-known for his knitting skills. He even brought them to the courts and presented Tom Holland with a crocheted Bero can holder at the event.
Holland loved it immediately, even commenting that the white yard looked almost “like a spider web.”
He said, “So [Zendaya and I] have been crocheting at home. I absolutely love it.”
He added, “I just find it, like, turns my brain off. Had a stressful day. I can’t do anything else and do it. I have to be lasered in.”
The hobby allows Holland and Zendaya to release the daily stresses of filming and promotion schedules. Since it requires so much concentration, there is not much room for anything else.
It doesn’t just help celebrities, either.
Crocheting has therapeutic benefits, helping alleviate anxiety and stress through rhythm and repetition.
Zendaya & Holland
Zendaya and Tom Holland have long been a prized couple in the Hollywood world.
In early April, the actress appeared on The New York Times’ Modern Love podcast, talking about her relationship with Holland. She knew he was her “person” after the pair met to screen test for the 2017 film Spider-Man: Homecoming.
She shared, “I knew this is my person because I don’t feel nervous around them. I feel really peaceful, and I feel really calm like, oh, I actually feel more nervous when I’m away from you than when I’m with you.”
Zendaya added that Holland put her at ease “just by being a nice person.”
Marriage Speculation
The couple have been linked since 2017, but have recently jumped to the front of the news due to marriage rumors. The pair got engaged in January 2025.
Law Roach was the one to spark marriage rumors by telling a red carpet reporter in March at the 2026 Actor Awards that, “The wedding has already happened.”
“You missed it,” he teased. When questioned about the validity of his statement, Roach said, “It’s very true!” before walking away.
As of now, neither Holland nor Zendaya has confirmed or denied the rumors.
The actress even played into the marriage frenzy with her most recent film, The Drama, starring alongside Robert Pattinson. During her press run, she followed the bridal tradition of something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue.
Her “something old” was a Vivienne Westwood gown she wore to the 2015 Academy Awards, then “something new” was a bridal-white gown by Louis Vuitton, then “something borrowed” was a black Giorgio Armani Privé gown designed for Cate Blanchett, and finally the “something blue” was a Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown.
Zendaya and Tom Holland will appear together on screen in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, premiering on July 17th.
