Jessica Biel has issued husband Justin Timberlake an ultimatum.
Biel has “had it” with his behavior and wants him to fix his ways or risk losing their marriage.
The Ultimatum
According to the Daily Mail, Biel has “issued an ultimatum” to Timberlake.
She’s “had it” with his recent behavior, including the 2024 DWI arrest and his trip to Las Vegas for a golf tournament.
A couple of eyewitnesses at the golf tournament told Page Six that Timberlake seemed to be intoxicated by the end of the day on April 18th.
The insider shared with the Daily Mail that if Timberlake messes up again, she will “pull the trigger.” They added, “There’s not much more she can take.”
The couple has been married for 14 years and shares two sons: Silas (11) and Phinneas (4).
Tough Stretch
Not only does Timberlake push Biel’s buttons, but he seems to “never [be] home” according to the insider.
“She does everything with the kids, and she’s sick of being publicly embarrassed,” they shared.
Another insider with Page Six revealed that while things “haven’t been perfect” in their marriage, they are “working through it.”
They continued, “It’s been a tough stretch lately. There’s just been a lot of attention on him and that’s not easy to deal with. She’s definitely been frustrated at times and there’s been a lot going on. They’ve had their ups and downs like any couple, but the recent spotlight and his schedule have made things more challenging. That said, it’s not anything close to a breaking point.”
2024 Arrest
Justin Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York, in June 2024.
At that time, a source revealed to Page Six that Timberlake was pulled over after meeting some friends at the American Hotel for dinner, but “there were cops stationed outside.”
He was later charged with impaired driving in September 2024 after reaching a plea deal. The judge ordered him to pay a $500 fine, a $260 surcharge, 25 hours of community service, and apologize outside of the courthouse.
A report from October 2024 alleged that Biel “was not happy” about the arrest.
Just a few months later, Biel admitted their marriage is “sometimes devolving” in a 44th birthday post to her husband.
She wrote, “Another year growing and evolving and sometimes devolving, with you. Another year laughing about it all.”
Renewed Interest
The 2024 arrest gained renewed interest when the bodycam footage from the arrest was released on March 20th, 2026. Timberlake tried to block the publication, but failed to do so.
In the footage, Timberlake is unsteady on his feet, has slurred speech, and glassy eyes. He struggled with sobriety tests and continually expressed concern that his arrest could “ruin the world tour.”
The officers and the judge didn’t budge with his celebrity status, leaving him with a DUI arrest.
The renewed interest did not help the couple’s relationship, either, as a source shared with People that Biel was “not happy about the renewed attention.”
The source added that Biel “would prefer to move past it” and is “focused on moving forward.”
