Ex-NFL Pro Matt Kalil Sues Ex-Wife Over Viral Comments on His Body

Ex-NFL Pro Matt Kalil is at the forefront of media, but not for his athletic career. The retired offensive lineman has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, Haley Baylee.

The model and influencer, Baylee, has been accused of sharing highly personal details about Khalil during a November 2025 livestream.

What did that include? His genital size, which was apparently a factor in their 2022 divorce. Keep reading to learn more below.

The Allegations

Kalil alleges the attention brought “unwanted” and “invasive” commentary into his life and home. Now, it’s not just affecting him, but his current wife. The football star believes Haley benefited from the spike in views and engagement due to her comments.

He is retaliating by suing for invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment, requesting a jury trial and damages of over $75,000.

Talking About “Private Parts”

The mess all started back in November 2025, when Haley appeared on popular streamer Marlon Garcia’s “Mar-Athon” video.

In a particular clip, Khalil says Haley, “implied that the size of Plaintiff’s genitalia was a primary factor in the parties’ divorce and claimed that sexual intercourse with Plaintiff would leave her ‘in tears.'”

In the video, she goes on to describe the body part as “two coke cans, maybe even a third,” following it up with a comment that Kalil’s size was “like .01 percent of the population.”

While she did make negative comments, Haley did explain that the couple tried to fix the issue. She said, “I was going to try it all. … therapist, doctors. Not even lying … Looked up lipo-type s–t … That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself.”

After the allegations landed, Haley pointed out six other times in the interview where she spoke highly of her ex. One instance, she even referred to him as the “greatest guy in the world.”

The pair first started dating after Khalil was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2012. They married in 2015 with a lavish Hawaii ceremony, but Haley filed for divorce in May 2022, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Impact on Matt Kalil & His Family

As a result of the clip, Kalil claims his new wife receives messages that are “increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature.” Along with his wife, Kalil is being subject to “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public.”

Family members of his are also being “forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.”

Impact on Haley Baylee

While Kalil claims Haley has profited from her comments, her story is different. She publicly said she is shocked and hurt by the lawsuit, especially since she made positive remarks in the same conversation.

Ultimately, Haley does not want a legal fight that drags their families into it. “Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.”

What Happens Next

For now, it seems the accusations will go to court. Haley commented on Page Six in an interview that “It’s unfortunate that only one fragment is being amplified, because it doesn’t capture the full story of how meaningful things were to me.”

Later, she goes on to say she “cares deeply” about respecting her ex-husband’s privacy.

On the other side of the battle, Kalil was offered $300,000 by adult webcam site CamSoda to front their “Big Confidence” campaign, which focuses on “men who can laugh at themselves, own their story, and turn viral moments into empowerment.”
