Swae Lee is clearing up unfinished business.
The rapper has officially worked out a deal with a woman who claims he’s the father of her 3-year-old child after a years-long court case.
Settlement Reached
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Swae Lee informed a Florida judge that a confidential agreement with the Florida woman who filed the paternity claim against him in 2023 was reached.
All matters have since been resolved.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, and Swae Lee never confirmed or denied the allegations in the original complaint.
Naranjo’s Allegations
Three years ago, Marla Naranjo filed court documents against Swae Lee.
She wanted to legally establish that Swae Lee is the biological father of her son, Karter Naranjo, who is now three. In addition to confirming Swae as the biological father, Naranjo was looking for support.
She claimed the rapper had not “been involved in the child’s life at all” and was “unable to provide a stable environment” due to traveling for work.
She also alleged that Swae Lee had a “history of misconduct, which will be addressed at a later time.”
All of this culminated in Naranjo requesting primary custody of the child. She also stated their child is “entitled to a share” of Swae’s fortune through monthly child support.
Slow-Moving Case
While the case had been filed back in 2023, it moved slowly through the legal system. Three years later, the eventual settlement between Swae Lee and Naranjo appeared.
For the longest time, no significant developments were made public about the case. The first mention of things being resolved came in August 2025, when Swae Lee referenced a confidential settlement in court.
However, the case continued to hide in the shadows until the April 2026 confirmation. Now we know that all matters were settled within the dispute.
Since the settlement was confidential, the public may never know whether paternity was established, financial arrangements were made, or any custody terms were set for the child.
Swae Lee has also kept his mouth shut about the resolution.
Swae Lee’s Other Children
This is not Swae Lee’s first child. He has two other kids.
One is a daughter with Brazilian model Aline Martins, who was born in 2020. The other is a son with model Victoria Kristine, who was born in 2022.
The details about his relationship with each child’s mother have varied over the years. His family situation frequently pops up in celebrity news circles.
Though his personal life seems to be at the forefront of his career, he has continued to release music and perform.
