Goat Cheese Salad Ingredients

  • 4 slices of goat cheese (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs (60g)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 cups of mixed salad greens (120g)
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil (60ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar (30ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard (5ml)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Goat Cheese Salad Instructions

  1. In a bowl beat the egg.
  2. In a separate bowl add your breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Slice your goats cheese and then dip it into beaten egg.
