Alan Ritchson Under Investigation After Neighborhood Altercation

Reacher star Alan Ritchson is under investigation after being videotaped beating up one of his Nashville neighbors.

The altercation happened on Sunday, March 22nd, after increasing tension between the pair over excessive dirt bike noise.

As of now, police are investigating the event.

Building Tension

The alleged victim, Ronnie Taylor, shared his story with TMZ. The trouble started on Saturday when Ritchson was riding his green Kawasaki bike through the quiet Nashville suburb.

Taylor claims he was driving loudly through the streets, revving his engine, and using excessive speed. Taylor admitted that he flipped off Ritchson, who allegedly returned the gesture.

This tension kept building until it reached a boiling point.

The Altercation

The tension between the two exploded on Sunday around noon.

Taylor claims Ritchson came through the neighborhood again, along with two children, also on motorbikes. They are allegedly Ritchson’s children. Speeding once again, Taylor decided to confront Ritchson.

He asked him, “Can you f**king stop this please?”

Things allegedly turned physical, which was also caught on camera. TMZ released the footage online.

Ritchson allegedly engaged in a physical fight with Taylor, punching him in the face and kicking him. Taylor claimed Ritchson then fell off his bike, then got back on and tried to run him over.

He also told police officers that he got hit in the back of the head and that Ritchson hit him “at least four times” while he was on the ground, leaving him with bruises and swelling on his face.

The worst part? The two children waited nearby on their motorbikes during the whole incident, almost unaware of the confrontation in front of them.

Ritchson then rode off, with Taylor claiming neighbors saw the whole thing.

After the incident, Taylor did not go to the hospital, but did report it to the police.

Current Investigation

Law enforcement sources have confirmed to TMZ that an investigation is underway, though at this time no arrests have been made.

They have also not disclosed whether the investigation will lead to any charges. The case will likely hinge on whether Ritchson acted in self-defense or whether he was the initial aggressor.

Police will look at video evidence, witness testimony from neighbors, and statements from Ritchson and Taylor to determine any potential charges.

This could also impact Ritchson’s acting career and upcoming projects, such as Reacher season 4, which is expected to air later this year.
