Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt are dealing with some bumps in their relationship five months after the couple welcomed their baby girl.
Having Some Issues
Allegedly, the couple’s relationship is in trouble as they face “serious” challenges.
A source shared with People on April 30th, “There are issues but they’re trying to figure things out together. They’re adjusting to parenthood and working through the process.”
However, the comedian and model consider their baby girl “their top priority” when it comes to the relationship.
Their Relationship
Davidson and Hewitt started dating in March 2025. In July 2025, the couple shocked their fans by announcing that they were expecting their first child together.
Hewitt stated the pregnancy was “unplanned,” and has talked about her struggles with endometriosis in the past.
Scottie Rose was born on December 12th, 2025. She was named after Davidson’s father, Scott Matthew Davidson, a New York City firefighter who died during the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
“Dad Life”
During a March interview, Davidson opened up to People about his new role as a father.
“Dad life is f–king awesome. It is exhausting and rewarding and cute. And I’m very lucky because Elsie is a fantastic mom, and I can’t stress enough how lucky I am.”
He also shared how his feelings towards Scottie feel more “primal” and protective.
“It’s funny. It’s like I didn’t understand this. You’re just ready to fight anyone. It’s like, chill out. No one’s doing anything to your kid.”
He added, “You have this overly protective like…if one paparazzi guy pops out I’m going to f–king beat the living s–t out of him. So that’s a weird gear because I’m not a fighter guy.”
Social Media Posts
Ever since Scottie was born, both Davidson and Hewitt have posted photos of her on social media, though they have intentionally not shown her face.
On March 5th, Hewitt posted about Scottie hitting 12 weeks old.
She wrote, “my scottie girl is 12 weeks old today 💝 on the way to the hospital we wrote down our predictions for what time she’d be born. my guess was 3:05pm (my birthday, 03/05). after 23 hours of labor, that is the exact time she arrived. how crazy and cool is that.”
