  1. Preheat the oven to 375
  2. Gather all supplies and place them on the counter for easy access
  3. Whisk the flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl
  4. In a separate small bowl, beat the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla together
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix them slowly until they are well blended

Ingredients:

  1. Melt 1 ½ sticks of butter in a pot over medium heat and stir until melted
  2. Add sugar and half and half to the melted butter and stir until smooth
  3. Add the vanilla once the mixture begins to boil
  4. Continue boiling lightly while constantly stirring for about 4 minutes
  5. After 4 minutes, remove the pot from the heat and mix in the white chocolate chips and marshmallows fluff into your mixture until smooth

  8. Place parchment paper onto a 9×9 pan or baking sheet
  9. Spray some neutral oil onto the parchment paper so the fudge doesn’t stick

  11. Place the fudge into a freezer until it has hardened and cooled. It should take about 45 minutes to set.
  12. Remove from the freezer and let it come to room temperature
  13. Slice it into squares and serve
