Ingredients (8 Servings)

  • 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (Canned)
  • 1 tbso of Adobo Sauce
  • 1 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt (Or Full Fat Sour Cream)
  • 1/2 cup of Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp of Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp of Ground Coriander
  • Kosher Salt (To taste)

Cooking Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. This will take around 2-3 minutes, or continue to puree until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.
  2. Pour into a jar and refrigerate. This can be made and stored for up to 1 month.
  3. Enjoy on salads, as a dipping sauce, or even as a meat marinade.
