  1. Remove the showerhead and put it in a plastic bag or a bowl.
  2. Cover it with distilled vinegar.
  3. If your showerhead is heavily encrusted, you can add a spoonful of bicarbonate of soda to the vinegar as well.
  4. After this, secure the top of the bag with an elastic band and leave it for an hour.
  5. After an hour, remove the showerhead from the bag and fit it back.

The flow should now be restored, and your shower head will also be sparkling like new.

7. Make your faucets sparkle with a lemon

Over time, faucets in the bathroom start becoming dull by water spots. To get the sparkle back, simply rub them with a cut half of a lemon and rinse it off, and then buff.

You can also sprinkle bicarbonate of soda directly onto the bristles of an old toothbrush and scrub the problem areas. Leave the bicarbonate of soda on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off and buff again.
