Instructions

Step One: In a saucepan, add 1 cup of the pineapple juice and over a moderate heat bring to a boil. Once boiling, stir in the orange gelatine until fully dissolved.

Step Two: Remove the pineapple juice from the heat, let it cool for a couple of minutes before adding to a punch bowl.

Step Three: Add the orange juice and remaining pineapple juice to the punch bowl. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
