Ingredients (20 Servings)

  • 3.4 ounces of Low-Carb or Sugar-Free Instant Chocolate Pudding
  • 8 ounces of Cream Cheese (At room temperature)
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp of Salt
  • 1/3 cup of Powdered Erythritol Sweetener or Powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 1/3 cup of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Cooking Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate pudding, cream cheese, vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar.
  2. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Add cocoa powder to a small bowl.
  4. Use a one tablespoon cookie scoop to form the dough into balls.
  5. Dip each ball into the small bowl of cocoa powder, until coated.
  6. Chill all the bites for 30 minutes and serve.
