Ingredients (Serves 8)

  • 1/2 cup of Buttermilk
  • 6 ounces of Blue Cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsps of White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Granulated White Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp of Onion Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp of Green Onions (chopped for garnish)

Cooking Steps

  1. In a medium bowl mix buttermilk with crumbled blue cheese, and mash with a fork until well combined.
  2. Add greek yogurt, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Transfer to a mason jar or an airtight container. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
  4. Garnish with green onions and serve.
