Try out this easy holiday appetizer for a simple way to host a gathering this December. Make these delicious prosciutto wrapped pears that won’t have you running to the oven.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pears cut into 6 wedges
  • 1/2 Pound prosciutto
  • 1/4 Cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Time needed: 15 minutes.

Prosciutto Wrapped Pears Preparation

  1. Layer a slice of pear and the crumbled blue cheese on top of the slice of prosciutto.

  2. Roll the pear up with the prosciutto.

  3. Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar.

Cooks Note:

Gorgonzola or Goat Cheese will also pair well with this
